MERCY MINISTRIES Lincoln, California Mercy Ministries is a non-profit organization designed to assist and meet the needs of young women between the ages of 16-28 who face life-controlling problems such as drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders and unplanned pregnancy. It exists to transform the lives of troubled girls by providing free residential care in an environment of unconditional love where mercy triumphs over judgment and dreams of a magnificent future are restored.
